A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of $100.00 must be paid at the time of booking to secure the date. BALANCE IS DUE IN FULL 72 HOURS PRIOR TO YOUR SPARTY. The balance will be put on the credit card you used for your deposit unless another card or method of payment is provided. NO CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED. Any additional guests that come to the sparty will be charged on that day prior to services a fee of $35.00. All guests/siblings that participate will be charged as guests. WE DO NOT REFUND FOR NO SHOWS AFTER THE 72 HOUR FINAL HEAD COUNT.
Cancellation - We understand children get sick and other things come up, so you may use your non-refundable deposit within one year of the original booked date towards a new booking. If we have to reschedule due to inclement weather, car accidents, breakdowns or other circumstances beyond our control, we will reschedule your party to a date that is convenient for you.
Sparty Chic assumes no responsibility for allergic reactions that may occur as a result of use of any products before, during, or after the sparty. It is the responsibility of the parents, guardian, client, or guests to inform the Sparty Chic Team members of any dietary restrictions or allergies.

Sparty Chic reserves the right to change, modify, or delete any provision of this policy at it's sole discretion.
Travel Fee - For the IE/High Dessert area there will be a $60.00 charge. LA County, and surrounding areas will be charged a minimum of $150.00. Price subject to change depending on location. We strive to arrive and finish on time. However, because we are traveling in a large heavy vehicle, and sometimes at a far distance, we may run into traffic. If this occurs, one of our team members will call you and give you an estimated time of arrival.
Liability For Damages - Neither the Sparty Chic owner or it's team members assume responsibility or liability for accidents or damaged caused during your sparty. We are not responsible for patrons/guests that may fall during the entrance or exiting the trailer. Entrance is at your own risk.
We no longer will service parties at apartment buildings. Client is responsible for providing warm water for all services rendered. We also have the right to refuse service due to inadequate parking.
Parent/Client is responsible for all damages incurred while in Sparty Chic .
Client must allow us to plug into an electrical outlet, or notify us in advance to bring our generator.
There will be an additional $5.00 charge if we have to take off any old nail polish on both hands and feet.
